Book your appointment online. Select an appointment type labeled “New Clients Only.” Then fill out the intake form before your first appointment.
2 | FIRST SESSION EXPECTATIONS
We'll start by going through your intake form together, answering any questions you may have, then we’ll start your first session treatment.
3 | PERSONAL PLAN OF CARE
After the session, we’ll discuss your plan for treatment moving forward, and your long-term healing journey!
