All questions are welcome at any time during the session and additional instructions are provided during consultation.

  • Try not to eat a large meal, avoid ingesting alcohol or drugs, and remove all jewelry, watches, and body piercings prior to your session. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water before and after your massage session.

Many people prefer to keep their lower underwear on during a massage, however, you never have to undress to a degree that makes you uncomfortable. You will be given ample time to undress privately and lie down on the massage table, where you will cover yourself with sheets. Regardless of your level of disrobe, only the areas that are actively being worked on will be uncovered. The groin and breast tissue will be covered at all times.

  • If you have a fever, cold, flu or contagious disease, please avoid coming in to receive services. If you are too sick to go to work, you are likely too sick to get a massage and it is best to stay home and rest. If anything needs to be adjusted, such as the depth, pressure, temperature, music, or if I’m almost (but not quite) getting the right spot, please let me know. l strive to ensure your needs are met and I tailor these sessions to ensure your comfort.

  • If you have a specific muscle tension or chronic pain, consider weekly or bi-weekly sessions initially, then gradually reduce frequency as your condition improves. For general relaxation and stress relief, once a month may be sufficient.
