I’m Ash. I’m an independent Licensed Massage Therapist located in St. Johns, Florida. The purpose of my work is to help manage pain and reduce stress using targeted therapeutic bodywork.
I offer a unique mix of Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial and Neuromuscular technique, cupping, and gua-sha. I also provide complimentary hot towels, hot stones, and aromatherapy to enhance your experience.
Prior to your session, we’ll design a personalized treatment plan of strategic bodywork to help you reach your goals.

We'll start by going through your intake form together, answering any questions you may have, then we’ll start your first session treatment.

After the session, we’ll discuss your plan for treatment moving forward, and your long-term healing journey!
