You’ll love my beginner-friendly yoga classes. They are a perfect way to start a practice or reestablish proper foundations.

Offering both in-office or at-home gym sessions with advanced notice. You can expect an introduction to my spinal mobility drills, hip and chest openers, core strengtheners, and much more. You can share your goals and areas of focus prior to the class.

This is a wonderful opportunity to restore your flexibility, prevent injury, and use your body to a higher potential. Props and modifications are available to support your progress and deepen your practice.
